MidiPiano Review

MidiPiano is a free application software download that allows you to play, edit and record MIDI files. It is designed to be intuitive and easy to use and has a number of features which allow it to become an excellent tool for musicians.

Unlike some other midi apps it does not have a full range of keys to choose from or change the key size, but it is still an excellent introduction to MIDI and the techniques it can be used with. It also comes with a few basic tracks for you to try out.

It also supports recording MIDI files and you can export them to other programs for further editing and manipulation. If you want to get a bit more advanced you can even layer up different midi tracks and create your own full songs.

The software is pretty simple to use and once you have connected a midi keyboard it should be up and running within minutes. It is however a bit annoying that you can’t see all the keys light up on the screen at the same time which can be frustrating if you are looking for a more personalised experience.

The software is free to download and is an excellent introductory app for people who are looking for a quick and inexpensive way to practice piano. It comes with some great features such as the ability to highlight notes and the ability to use a keyboard mouse to control the virtual piano. It also includes inbuilt collections of piano music so you can try out new songs or practice what you have already learned.
